Humbervale – Humbervale Christian Outreach Foundation Inc.

Humbervale Christian Outreach Foundation Inc. administers the apartment building that is adjacent to Humbervale United Church. Humbervale Place was built in 1995 as an outreach project from the church.

Humbervale Place is an independent-living apartment building for seniors. Some assistance is available on site through Etobicoke Services for Seniors. (ESS)

In the building there is the Parkwood Dining Room as well as the Parkwood Lounge, laundry facilities on the basement level, and underground parking.

Humbervale – Food Bank

Humbervale has long supported the Food Bank operating out of Westway United Church by encouraging our congregants to either make financial donations or donations in kind (non- perishable items). This food bank originated many years ago at Humbervale, but due to space restrictions was re-located to Westway.

The food bank is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. until 12 noon.

If you wish to make a donation to the food bank please make your cheque payable to “Westway United Church” and write “food bank” on the memo line. The cheque may be mailed to: Westway United Church, 8 Templar Drive, Toronto, ON M9R 3C7
